摘 要:目的比较75%酒精、新洁尔灭、金星消毒液、84消毒液4种消毒剂对不产毒霍乱弧菌的消毒效果,为实际应用提供选择参考。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和物体表面消毒模拟现场试验方法,对4种消毒剂的杀菌效果进行观察研究。结果悬液定量杀菌试验表明:75%酒精仅作用0.5 min、0.1%新洁尔灭作用1 min对霍乱弧菌(1906,CT-)的杀灭对数值>5.00。金星消毒液含有效氯25 mg/L的稀释液作用15 min,有效氯50 mg/L的稀释液作用5 min;84消毒液含有效氯10 mg/L的稀释液作用5 min,有效氯25 mg/L稀释液作用1 min,对霍乱弧菌的杀灭对数值>5.00。消毒模拟现场试验表明,75%酒精和0.1%新洁尔灭消毒作用1 min、84消毒液含有效氯200 mg/L的稀释液作用10 min,对滴染于实验室桌面的霍乱弧菌(1906)的杀灭对数值>3.00,达到消毒效果。结论4种消毒剂都有一定的杀菌效果,不同消毒剂需要的浓度和作用时间也不同,但以75%酒精和84消毒液的效果为优。Objective To compare the disinfection effects of 75%alcohol,Bromogeramine,Jinxing disinfectant and 84 disinfectant on non toxin producing vibrio cholerae,so as to provide reference for practical application.Methods The bactericidal effects of 4 kinds of disinfectants were observed and studied by suspension quantitative bactericidal test and simulated field test of object surface disinfection.Results The suspension quantitative bactericidal test showed that,the killing logarithm value was>5.0 when vibrio cholerae(1906,CT-)were treated with 75%alcohol for 0.5 min or 0.1%Bromogeramine for 1 min.When"Jinxing disinfectant"contains 25 mg/L effective chlorine for 15 min,50 mg/L effective chlorine for 5 min,"84 disinfectant"containing 10 mg/L effective chlorine for 5 min,25 mg/L effective chlorine for 1 min,the killing value of vibrio cholerae were>5.00.The field experiment of disinfection simulation showed that 84 disinfectant containing 200 mg/L effective chlorine diluent for 10 min could sterilize the vibrio cholerae(1906)on the laboratory table with the value of>3.00,which reached the disinfection effect.Conclusion The 4 disinfectants all have certain bactericidal effect,different disinfectants need different concentration and action time,but 75%alcohol and 84 disinfectant have the best effect.
