针灸预防全髋关节置换术后肿胀疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨与观察针灸预防全髋关节置换术后肿胀疼痛的临床效果。方法:2018年6月-2020年2月选择在本院行全髋关节置换术的髋关节炎患者118例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法把患者分为观察组与对照组各59例。对照组给予术后常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予针灸护理,2组护理观察5天。结果:观察组术后5天、术后7天、术后10天的疼痛VAS评分都低于对照组(P<O.05)。2组术后3个月的髋关节Harris评分都显著高于术前1天(P<0.05),观察组也高于对照组(P<O.05)。结论:针灸能有效预防全髋关节置换术后肿胀疼痛的发生,促进改善患者的髋关节功能。Objective:To explore and observe the clinical effect of acupuncture in preventing swelling and pain after total hip replacement.Methods:From June 2018 to Febniary 2020,118 cases of patients with hip arthritis who underwent total hip arthroplasty in our hospital were selected as the research objects.All the cases were divided into the acupuncture group and control group with 59 cases in each groups accorded to the random number table method.The control group were given routine postoperative care,the acupuncture group were given acupuncture care on the basis of the control groups care,and the two groups were observed for 5 days.Results:The pain VAS scores of the acupuncture group 3d,5d and lOd were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Harris scores of the hip joint at 3 months postoperatively in both groups were significantly higher than 1 day before operation(P<0.05),and the acupuncture group were also higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture can effectively prevent the occurrence of swelling and pain after total hip replacement,and promote the improvement of patients' hip joint function.
