强力枇杷胶囊联合沙丁胺醇治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎急性发作的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨强力枇杷胶囊联合沙丁胺醇治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法选取2019年9月—2021年9月南阳市第二人民医院收治的80例慢性喘息性支气管炎急性发作患者,按照随机数字表法将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各40例。对照组雾化吸入吸入用硫酸沙丁胺醇溶液,用生理盐水将0.5 mL本品稀释至2 mL,将2 mL药液置于喷雾器中,让患者吸入雾化的溶液,直至气雾停止产生,2次/d。治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上口服强力枇杷胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d。两组连续治疗7d。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组临床症状好转时间、血清因子水平。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率是97.50%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者发热、咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷临床症状好转时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、内皮素(ET-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),治疗后,治疗组血清因子水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强力枇杷胶囊联合沙丁胺醇溶液治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎急性发作具有较好的临床疗效,可使患者症状显著好转,并能有效降低支气管炎性反应,值得临床借鉴与推广。Objective To explore the clinical study of Qiangli Pipa Capsules combined with salbutamol in treatment of acute attack of chronic asthmatic bronchitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute attack of chronic asthmatic bronchitis admitted to Nanyang Second People’s Hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected,and all patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were inhaled with Salbutamol Sulfate Solution for Inhalation,diluted 0.5 mL to 2 mL with normal saline,placed 2 mL of the solution in a nebulizer and let client inhale the atomized solution until the aerosol stops producing,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qiangli Pipa Capsules on the basis of the control group,2 grains/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d.After treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and clinical symptom improvement time and serum factor level were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%,significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement time of clinical symptoms of fever,cough,expectoration,and chest tightness in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),endothelin(ET-1),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum factor levels in treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiangli Pipa Capsules combined with salbutamol has good clinical effect in treatment of acute attack of chronic asthmatic bronchitis,and can significantly improve the symptoms of patients and effectively reduce bronchial inflammatory reaction,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
