摘　　要：本文主要以SWOT-PEST模型为分析框架,数据分析法、比较分析法等方法研究“一带一路”倡议和海南面临的发展机遇。首先,本文运用SWOT和PEST分析模型,综合分析海南实施“一带一路”倡议的内外部环境,归纳总结了海南具有的优势、劣势以及所面临的机遇与威胁,使“一带一路”倡议的定位及其可能的发展方向更为清晰明朗。其次,本文从指导实践的角度,就海南在该倡议实施过程中可能遇到的问题提出建议与对策,以供参考。Based on SWOT-PEST model,data analysis and comparative analysis,this paper mainly studies“the Belt and Road”Initiative and the development opportunities in Hainan.First,using SWOT and PEST analysis model,this paper comprehensively analyzes the internal and external environment of Hainan's implementation of“the Belt and Road”Initiative.Moreover,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Hainan and the opportunities and threats that it faces,which clarifies the orientation and possible development direction of the“the Belt and Road”Initiative.Secondly,from the perceptive of guiding practice,this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the problems that Hainan may encounter in the implementation of the initiative for reference.
