摘　　要：随着贸易保护主义抬头,全球贸易投资自由化进程放缓,中美贸易摩擦给中国经济社会各方面带来阻力,贸易摩擦使我国产业链核心技术不足等问题日益突出。同时,全球价值链由扁平化、分散化向集中化、内卷化方向发展,东亚区域价值链的整合度逐步提升。本文从机遇和挑战两个大方向分析《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)协定的签订及生效对我国的影响。机遇方面从贸易、制度、人民币国际化、数字经济四个方面展开;挑战方面从制度和产业角度切入,提出解决的相应策略。With the rise of trade protectionism,the process of global trade and investment liberalization is slowing down,the Sino-US trade friction has brought obstacles to China’s economy and society.Trade friction makes the core technology shortage of China’s industrial chain increasingly prominent.At the same time,the global value chain is developing from flat,decentralized to centralized and introverted.The integration of the value chain in East Asia is gradually improving.From two general direction of opportunities and challenges,this paper analyzes the influence of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement(RCEP)on China.As for opportunities,there are trade,system,RMB internationalization,digital economy four aspects;and as for challenges,there are system and industry two aspects.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions.
