疫情常态化下中日经贸合作路径研究

摘　　要：2021年国内新冠疫情有所缓和,我国与日本的经贸合作也在稳步回升,但无论是贸易模式还是合作路径都将与疫情前有所不同,尤其是我国签署了RCEP自贸协定,对疫情常态化下的中日经贸合作影响深远。深化经贸合作是促进两国经济恢复到疫情前水平的必然要求。通过对疫情常态化下中日经贸合作现状、海外市场及项目合作进行研究,两国经贸合作可能会受到自贸协定、国内外经贸环境、贸易保护主义、贸易规则规范和不确定的疫情等因素影响,未来两国经贸发展需要从绿色能源相关的第三方市场、电商平台、数字贸易以及跨境物流产业等方面着手合作升级,完善国家现有贸易规则和体制机制。本文结合最新数据资料分析中日两国在疫情常态化背景下经贸合作的具体方向和可行路径。In 2021,the COVID-19 epidemic in China has slowed down,and the economic and trade cooperation between China and Japan is steadily recovering.However,both the trade pattern and the cooperation path will be different from the pre-epidemic.In particular,China has signed the RCEP free trade agreement,which has a profound impact on the economic and trade cooperation between China and Japan under the normalization of the epidemic.Deepening economic and trade cooperation is necessary to restore the two countries’economies to the pre-epidemic level.By studying the status quo of Sino-Japanese economic and trade cooperation normalized by the epidemic,overseas markets and project cooperation,this paper concludes that the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries may be affected by factors such as free trade agreements,domestic and foreign economic and trade environment,trade protectionism,trade rules and norms,and uncertain epidemic.In the future,the two countries need to upgrade their cooperation in green energy-related third-party markets,e-commerce platforms,digital trade and cross-border logistics,and improve existing trade rules and systems and mechanisms.Based on the latest data,this paper analyzes the specific direction and feasible path of economic and trade cooperation between China and Japan under the background of normalization of epidemic.
