摘 要:随着科技的发展和进步,基于供应链管理的现代采购触角正向更深、更广的角度延伸和发展,以期获得竞争性成本来帮助公司占据场竞争的优势地位。招标方法常常被认为是众多低成本工具中能获得竞争性成本的最有效工具之一,但仍有标的方常常抱怨,采用招标方法获得的原材料成本为什么竞争力不强?本文基于这些商业现象运用了招投标理论和博弈理论进行了深入的分析和完整的论述,从而得出结论:最低价中标策略并不一定能为标的方带来最具竞争性的成本,而最优三阶中标可以为标的方带来更具竞争性的采购成本。With the development of the science and technology,the modern procurement which bases on the supply chain management are widely and deeply extended,in order to obtain competitive costs to help companies to take advantage of the market competition.Bidding method is often regarded as one of the most eff ective tools to obtain competitive cost among many low-cost tools,but there are still target parties often complain that why the raw material cost obtained by bidding method is not competitive enough?Based on these business phenomena,this paper has deep analysis and comprehensive discussion by using bidding and game theory.Thereby,it is concluded that the three-step bidding strategy compared to the one-step lowest price bidding strategy could contribute more competitive purchasing cost performance.
