我国管理创新的来源及研究热点:基于CSSCI期刊论文的分析

摘　　要：基于文献计量方法及知识图谱工具对管理创新领域的文献进行梳理,选取管理学和经济学学科共104种CSSCI来源期刊,在2000年以来累计19年发表的383 253篇文章中,筛选出案例研究文章和作者单位为企业的文章。结合文献题录信息,通过共词分析,利用可视化处理软件Gephi绘制关键词网络结构图,重点考察我国管理创新的来源、研究热点和演化过程。研究发现:案例研究文章呈现出上升趋势;经济类期刊对管理创新的贡献大于管理类期刊;企业的贡献明显低于高校的贡献,企业是以商业银行等金融企业为主,高校则以综合类重点高校和财经类高校最为突出;虽有共同的研究热点,但是热点转换明显,如从简单研究转变为复杂研究,从注重微观企业转变为注重宏观经济环境等。Based on the literature measurement method and knowledge map tool,this paper deals with the literature in the field of management innovation,selects 104 CSSCI source journals in management and economics, and 383 253 articles published in 19 years since 2000 for case study articles and articles written by enterprises. Based on bibliographic information,analysis of co-words,and visual processing software Gephi draw keyword network structure map,the paper focuses on the source of management innovation in China,research hot spots and evolution process. It is found that although the case study articles show an upward trend,China’s management innovation is generally at a low level. Economic journals contribute more to management innovation than management journals. The contribution of enterprises is obviously lower than that of colleges and universities. Enterprises are mainly financial enterprises such as commercial banks,while colleges and universities are the most prominent in comprehensive key universities and financial colleges and universities. Although there are common research hot spots,but the hot spot conversion is obvious,such as from simple research to complex research,from micro-enterprise to macroeconomic environment.
