摘 要:本文采用中国碳排放数据库(CEADs)及中国城市温室气体数据集等数据,对成渝城市群整体及内部区域的碳排放现状和减碳潜力进行分析,并提出政策建议。研究显示,从成渝城市群整体层面来看,绿色发展水平处于中游,碳排放量还处于快速增长阶段;工业能源是重要的减排领域,生活、交通是重点控制领域。从成渝城市群内部来看,城市碳排放与产业结构紧密相关,成都、重庆都市圈是碳减排重点区域,成都应加强交通碳排放管控、使用新能源,重庆应积极促进产业转型。Using China Emission Accounts and Datatasets(CEADs)and China city greenhouse gas emissions dataset and other data,this paper analyzes the carbon emissions and reduction potential of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration and its internal regions, and then proposes policy recommendations. Research shows that from the perspective of the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, the level of green development is in the middle reaches, and carbon emissions are still in a stage of rapid growth. Apart from that, industrial energy is an important area of emission reduction, and life and transportation are key areas of control. From the perspective of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, urban carbon emissions are related closely with industrial structure. Chengdu and Chongqing metropolitan areas are key areas for carbon emission reduction. Besides, Chengdu should strengthen transportation carbon emissions control and use new energy sources, and Chongqing should actively promote industrial transformation.
