基于空心村治理的保安镇镇域空间管制规划研究

摘　　要：随着国家对农村地区发展的重视程度不断加深,乡村发展成为当前热烈讨论的话题,空心村作为我国乡村发展历程中所特有的现象,得到了广泛关注。本文以保安镇土地、产业、资源、人口四个方面的困境为导向,立足于我国空心村整治研究现状,探讨基于空心村治理的镇域空间管制规划路径。以空心村治理为指向,提出完善管制体系、发展特色产业、均衡城乡资源三大空间管制策略,以缓解空心村在镇域层面治理的困境,为镇域层面治理空心村提供新思路。With the deepening of national attention to the development of rural areas, rural development has become a hot topic of discussion.Hollow villages, as a unique phenomenon in the process of rural development in China, have been widely concerned. Guided by the dilemma of land, industry, resources and population in Bao’an Town,this paper discusses the planning path of town space control based on hollow village governance according to the current research status of hollow village governance in China. With hollow village governance as the direction, three spatial control strategies, including perfecting the control system, developing characteristic industries, and balancing urban and rural resources, were proposed to alleviate the difculties of hollow village governance at the town level and to provide new ideas for regional hollow village governance.
