摘  要:机械臂热线切割工艺相比其他工艺如铣削加工更快速且污染更小,在非标准形态混凝土模板生产上具有极大优势,但热线切割工艺作为减材制造工艺同样伴随着巨大的材料浪费。本文以机器人热线切割工艺为例,从设计与建造两方面提出系统的节材策略。同时基于节材思维与策略进行某教学楼参数化墙的设计建造实践。Robotic hot-wire cutting is faster and less contaminated than other processes such as milling, and has great advantages in the production of non-standard forms of concrete form-work.But as a reduced material manufacturing process, hot-wire cutting is still accompanied by significant material waste. This paper proposes a systematic material saving strategy from both design and construction aspects by taking the robotic hot wire cutting process as an example.At the same time, the design and construction practice of a parametric wall of a school building based on material-saving thinking and strategies.
