摘  要:为了提升高锰高铝钢的自动开浇率,将莫来石和氧化铝等颗粒加入铬质引流砂中,研究揭示了高锰高铝钢对铬质引流砂烧结行为的影响规律。研究发现,铬质引流砂添加莫来石后,莫来石会熔解并与铬铁矿砂反应,从而生成SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-FeO-MgO系液相。无钢液作用下,提高引流砂中Al_(2)O_(3)含量有利于铬质引流砂的烧结,但超过一定范围反而会抑制烧结。钢液中的Mn和Al元素可以促进引流砂液相中MnO和Al_(2)O_(3)生成,从而加剧引流砂的烧结。Mn质量分数为10.81%时钢液的加速作用比Al质量分数为0.29%时更加明显。引流砂中添加一定含量的Al_(2)O_(3),可以抑制钢液对引流砂烧结的加速作用。In order to improve the free-opening rate of high Mn-high Al steel grades,mullite and alumina grains were added into chromite-based filler sands,and the effect of high Mn-high Al steel on the sintering behavior of the sands was investigated.It is found that when mullite grains are added to chromite-based sands,mullite grains will melt and react with chromite grains to form a liquid phase of SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-FeO-MgO.Without the impact of liquid steel,the increase of Al_(2)O_(3) content in the filler sands is conducive to the sintering of chromite-based sands,but sufficient Al_(2)O_(3) content will inhibit the sintering.The dissolved Mn and Al in liquid steel can promote the formation of MnO and Al_(2)O_(3) in the liquid phase of the sands,enhancing the sintering of the sands.The effect of liquid steel with w([Mn])=10.81%is more significant than that with w([Al])=0.29%.The addition of a certain amount of Al_(2)O_(3) into the filler sands can inhibit the effect of liquid steel on the sintering of the sands.
