摘  要:以明胶为乳化剂,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为单体,以H_(2)O_(2)+Fe^(2+)为氧化还原体系引发剂,以丙烯酸酯基硅油(SIC)为功能单体,采用乳液聚合技术制备了反应性硅油改性两性聚丙烯酸酯纳米乳液。并利用纳米粒度仪(DLS)和互溶性测试等手段表征了固色剂的基本特性,染色摩擦色牢度仪测试了固色剂的干湿擦牢度。研究表明:在单体配比MMA:BA:SIC=5:3:2时,乳液稳定性良好,粒径分布在100 nm左右,固色剂乳液与酸、碱、盐、染料及硅油的互溶性较好,固色剂的干湿擦牢度有明显提升,分别可达4级,3级。The reactive silicone oil modified amphoteric polyacrylate nanoemulsion was prepared by emulsion polymerization,where utilizing gelatin as emulsifier,methyl methacrylate(MMA)and butyl acrylate(BA)as monomers,H_(2) O_(2)+Fe^(2+)as redox system initiator and acrylate-based silicone oil(SIC)as functional monomer.The basic characteristics of the color fixing agent were presented by nanoparticle size analyzer(Dynamic light scattering,DLS)and mutual solubility test.The dry and wet rubbing fastness of the color fixing agent was measured by the dyeing and rubbing color fastness tester.The result shows that when the monomer ratio of MMA:BA:SIC is 5:3:2,the emulsion exhibits excellent stability and the particle size distribution is about 100 nm.The fixing agent emulsion presented well miscibility with acid,alkali,salt,dyestuff and silicone oil.The dry and wet rubbing fastness of the fixing agent is improved obviously,up to grade 4 and 3 respectively.
