关节镜下手术治疗急性膝前交叉韧带损伤的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察关节镜下手术治疗急性膝关节前交叉韧带损伤的疗效。方法收集2018年3月—2020年12月沈阳积水潭医院骨科收治的急性膝前交叉韧带损伤患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用石膏固定法治疗,观察组采用关节镜下手术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后膝关节功能HSS评分、功能独立性FIM评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下手术治疗急性膝前交叉韧带损伤的近期疗效显著,能明显提高临床疗效,改善膝关节功能和日常生活质量水平,可在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of arthroscopic surgery on acute anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury of the knee.Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to Shenyang Jishuitan Hospital with acute ACL injury from March 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group(30 Cases,by plaster fixation)and observation group(30 Cases,by arthroscopic surgery).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The functional HSS score and functional independence FIM score of knee joint in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic surgery for acute anterior cruciate ligament injury of the knee has significant short-term efficacy,can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve knee function and quality of daily life level,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
