摘　　要：天源山西化工有限公司高压氨合成系统设置有可燃气体高点放空管,放空气中氢含量高达56%以上,在生产过程中多次发生放空管着火事件,该文针对着火发生原因进行了分析,对防范措施和灭火方法进行了阐述。The high pressure ammonia synthesis system of Tianyuan Shanxi Chemical company is equipped with a high point vent pipe for combustion gas,and hydrogen content in the vent gas is more than 56%.The vent pipe fire events have occurred many times in the production process.This paper analyzes the causes of the fire,and expounds the preventive measures and fire fighting methods.
