摘 要:目的对比军体训练前后人体成分和功能性动作模式筛查(functional movement screen, FMS)评分各项目差异及相关性分析,探讨军体训练对新训学员人体成分和FMS评分的影响。方法随机选取新训学员共121名,进行2个月特色军体训练,分别于军体训练前后采用生物电阻抗分析仪测量其人体成分并评估其FMS评分。结果 121名学员军体训练前后体质量、体质量指数(body mass index, BMI)、体脂肪、肌肉含量、去脂体质量、骨骼肌含量、身体总水分、蛋白质、无机盐以及各部位肌肉、脂肪含量差异均有统计学意义;FMS评分总分及6个分项深蹲、直线弓箭步、肩部灵活性、主动直腿抬高、躯干稳定俯卧撑、旋转稳定得分前后差异有统计学意义;FMS总分与6项人体成分有相关性。结论军体训练整体改善了学员的人体成分情况,提高了FMS各项评分。FMS评分总分与学员多项人体成分有相关性。Objective To explore the influence of military training on the body compositions and functional movement screen(FMS) score of the new cadets, the differences and correlation of various items of body compositions and FMS scores were compared before and after military training. Methods A total of 121 new cadets were randomly selected for 2 months of special military training. The body compositions were measured by the bioelectrlcal impedance analysis, and the FMS score was evaluated before and after military training. Results There were statistically significant differences in body weight, body mass index(BMI), body fat, muscle content, fat-free weight, skeletal muscle content, total body water, protein, inorganic salt and muscle and fat content among 121 cadets before and after military training. There were statistically significant differences in FMS total score, 6 sub-scores of squat, straight lunge, shoulder flexibility, active straight leg raising, stable trunk push-ups and stable rotation before and after military training. And the total FMS score correlated with body compositions. Conclusion Military training can improve the body composition of the cadets, and improve the scores of FMS. The total score of FMS is correlated with the body compositions of the cadets.
