摘　　要：目的探讨促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH-α)联合腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的效果及其对患者5-LOX、LXA4和卵巢储备功能的影响。方法采用随机数字表法选取我科2017年12月至2019年10月期间卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者109例,对照组54例给予常规腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组55例给予腹腔镜联合GnRH-α治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效、炎症指标和卵巢储备功能。结果观察组总有效率为92.72%(51/55)高于对照组75.92%(41/54)(χ^(2)=5.8430,P<0.05);观察组炎症指标和卵巢储备功能改善幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 GnRH-α联合腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者效果确切,通过促进促性腺激素的释放,降低患者体内激素水平,减轻手术对机体的损伤,降低炎症反应,改善预后。Objective To investigate the effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone(GnRH-α)combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst and its influence on 5-LOX,LxA4 and ovarian reserve function.Methods 109 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst in our department from December 2017 to October 2019 were selected by random number table method, 54 cases in the control group were given conventional laparoscopic surgery, and 55 cases in the observation group were given laparoscopy combined with GnRH-α treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.72%(51/55),which was higher than 75.92%(41/54)of the control group(χ^(2)=5.8430,P<0.05);the improvement of inflammatory indexes and ovarian reserve function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion GnRH-α combined with laparoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst.It can promote the release of gonadotropin, reduce the hormone level in patients, reduce the injury to the body, reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the prognosis.
