椎弓根螺钉联合连接棒内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析椎弓根螺钉联合连接棒内固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折疗效。方法:本次收入我院收治的54例经影像学检查结果显示胸腰段脊柱骨折患者,选取时间段为2018年1月-2019年12月,所有患者均接受相同治疗,对比分析治疗前后54例患者病情改善情况,记录术后脊髓损伤、切口感染等并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后患者Cobb角明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。经治疗,治疗后患者椎体前缘高度、椎体后缘高度均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。随访时间为6-24个月,1例患者在术后出现切口感染,但经过对症治疗感染控制,恢复良好。剩下53例患者均未出现脊髓损伤、切口感染等并发症,也未出现断钉、钉松等内固定失败病例。结论:针对胸腰段脊柱损伤患者采用椎弓根螺钉联合连接棒内固定治疗,可获得满意临床疗效,安全性良好,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the curative effect of pedicle screw combined with connecting rod internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine fractures.Methods:54 cases of patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures were admitted to our hospital this time.The results of imaging examination showed that the selected time period was from January 2018 to December 2019.All patients received the same treatment.A comparative analysis of 54 cases before and after treatment The patients condition improved,and the postoperative spinal cord injury,incision infection and other complications were recorded.Results:The Cobb angle after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body and the height of the posterior edge of the vertebral body were higher than before(P<0.05).The follow-up time ranged from 6 months to 24 months.One patient developed incision infection after surgery,but after symptomatic treatment,infection was controlled and recovered well.The remaining 53 patients did not have complications such as spinal cord injury,incision infection,and 1 case of internal fixation failure such as broken nails and loose nails.Conclusion:For patients with thoracolumbar spine injury,pedicle screw combined with connecting rod internal fixation can achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy,good safety,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
