摘 要:目的通过总结既往动物实验结果探讨可降解镁基金属用于胃肠道吻合的安全性和可行性。方法计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、重庆维普(VIP)和万方数据库, 查找所有关于可降解金属用于胃肠道吻合的文献, 检索时限均为建库至2021年07月, 根据内容筛选出所有动物实验的研究。结果共纳入七项研究, 其中四项为对照研究。由于各项研究存在较大异质性, 无法进行荟萃分析。根据分别描述了体外及动物体内降解的三项研究结果, 体内降解过程明显慢于体外降解。各项研究中动物重要脏器功能均未受严重影响, 四项进行消化道吻合的研究中实验动物吻合口均愈合良好。组织病理学结果提示镁基材料可能会减轻吻合口周围炎性反应。结论镁基合金吻合钉具有良好的生物相容性, 是一种有希望广泛应用于胃肠外科领域的可降解植入物, 值得进一步扩大样本研究。Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of magnesium-based biodegradable alloys used in gastroenterological anastomosis by summarizing the research status of related animal experiments.Methods We searched PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP and WanFang Data about biodegradable metals for gastrointestinal anastomosis,and screened all animal experiments and conducted a systematic analysis.Results A total of seven articles were included,including four controlled studies.Due to the large heterogeneity of included studies,meta-analysis cannot be done.According to the results of three studies describing the degradation in vitro and in vivo,the degradation process in vivo was significantly slower than in vitro.The functions of important organs of all the experimental animals were not severely affected,and the anastomoses of the experimental animals all healed well without complications.Histopathological results suggest that magnesium-based materials may reduce the inflammation around the anastomosis.Conclusion The current animal experiment results show that the magnesium-based alloy staple has good biocompatibility and is a promising degradable implant to be widely used in the field of gastrointestinal surgery and is worthy of further large sample research.
