摘　　要：以南京商厦外立面更新改造项目为例,探讨表皮作为建筑原真性表达的物质载体的叙事性,化解现代建筑在旧城改造中千篇一律的困境。Taking the facade renovation of Nanjing Commercial Building as an example to discusses the narrative of the skin as the material carrier of the expression of architectural authenticity in the transformation, and resolve the stereotyped dilemma of modern architecture in the transformation of old cities.
