摘  要:小型制冷装置热负荷较小,一般系统流量较小。本文针对蒸发器管内制冷剂小流量流动换热搭建一套用于测试换热器性能的测试系统,并对冰箱常用的蒸发器样件进行实验测试。以单排换热管为换热单元,建立蒸发器整体换热性能计算模型,并用测试数据对该计算模型进行验证,计算所得换热量、制冷剂进口压力参数与实验测试结果吻合较好,表明该模型预测小流量蒸发器性能是可靠的。Miniature refrigerating installation has small heat load, then the refrigeration system used has a small refrigerant flow. In this paper, a set of test system is set up to test the performance of heat exchanger, which is suitable for small flow and heat transfer of refrigerant. The evaporator used in refrigerator is tested experimentally. A model of the evaporator was established with a single row heat exchange tube as the heat exchange unit. The model is verified by the experimental test data, and the computed inlet pressure, heat transfer is equal to the experimental result. It shows that the computation model is reliable.
