摘 要:氨基甲酸铵发生分解/合成可逆化学反应过程中伴随显著的热效应,利用13X-APG沸石分子筛对NH_(3)和CO_(2)混合反应气吸/脱附行为移除/补充反应气来控制反应进行的方向和程度,从而通过控制反应吸/放热实现热量回收。本文采用实验结合模拟的方法探究13X-APG应用于NH_(3)和CO_(2)混合气体按反应比例实现同步吸附的性能,利用Materials studio软件建立吸附模型,并通过实验验证模型准确。同步吸附模拟结果表明:一定吸附温度条件下,当NH_(3)与CO_(2)分压之比近似为1:1时,13X-APG对混合气体按照NNH_(3):NCO_(2)=2:1吸附量比例进行吸附,与氨基甲酸铵分解/合成反应气相成分比例达到平衡;吸附温度不变时,反应温度越高,吸附量越大,有利于分解-吸附过程进行;对于合成-脱附过程,随反应温度升高吸附量增大程度减小。The reversible chemical reaction of ammonium carbamate is accompanied by a significant thermal effect.The 13X-APG zeolite molecular sieve is used to adsorb/desorb the mixed reaction gas of NH_(3) and CO_(2) to remove/refill the reaction gas to control the direction and extent of the reaction.Thereby,heat recovery can be realized by controlling reaction endothermic/exothermic.In this paper,experimental and simulation methods are used to explore the performance of 13X-APG applied to the synchronous adsorption of NH_(3) and CO_(2) mixed gas in accordance with the reaction ratio.Building the adsorption model by Materials studio software,and the verify its accuracy by experiments.Synchronous adsorption simulation results show that:at a certain adsorption temperature condition,when the ratio of the partial pressure of NH_(3) to CO_(2) is about 1:1,13X-APG adsorbs the mixed gas according to the ratio of adsorption amount as NNH_(3):NCO_(2)=2:1,which reaches a balance to the ratio of the gas phase components of the ammonium carbamate synthesis/decomposition reaction.When the adsorption temperature is constant,the higher the reaction temperature,the larger the adsorption amount,which is beneficial to the decomposition-adsorption process;For the synthesis-desorption process,as the reaction temperature increases,the extent of the increase in the amount of adsorption decreases.
