长期置管肿瘤患者预防静脉血栓的干预方法

摘　　要：目的对护理干预预防长期置管肿瘤患者静脉血栓的效果进行探究。方法选择本院收治的长期置管的肿瘤患者88例作为研究对象,选取时间为2019年3月至2020年4月。按照随机数字表法将其划分为常规组和干预组,每组各有44例。通过常规护理对常规组予以护理,通过护理干预对干预组予以护理。比较两组患者的静脉血栓的发生率和护理满意度。结果常规组的静脉血栓发生率为13.6%,干预组的静脉血栓发生率为0.0%,干预组的静脉血栓发生率明显低于常规组,P<0.05。常规组的护理满意度为79.5%,干预组的护理满意度为97.7%,干预组的护理满意度明显高于常规组,P<0.05。结论针对长期置管肿瘤患者实施护理干预具有显著效果,可以有效降低其静脉血栓的发生率,而且患者的护理满意度更高。Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on preventing venous thrombosis in tumor patients with long-term catheterization.Methods:A total of 88 tumor patients with long-term catheterization admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects from March 2019 to April 2020.According to random number table method,they were divided into routine group and intervention group,with 44 cases in each group.The routine group was nursed through routine nursing and the intervention group was nursed through nursing intervention.The incidence of venous thrombosis and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of venous thrombosis in the conventional group was 13.6%,and that in the intervention group was 0.0%.The incidence of venous thrombosis in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the routine group was 79.5%,and that of the intervention group was 97.7%.The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Nursing intervention for long-term catheterization tumor patients has significant effect,can effectively reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis,and patients with higher nursing satisfaction.
