基于CiteSpace知识图谱的小金制剂研究热点与趋势分析

摘　　要：目的为小金制剂的研发与应用提供参考。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)自建库起至2021年4月主题词为“小金制剂”的文献,采用CiteSpace 5.0.R1软件,从发文趋势,作者、机构合作网络,关键词共现、聚类及突现分析方面绘制小金制剂研究进展的知识图谱,并分析图谱信息。结果共纳入文献395篇,涉及研究学者667人,以肖飞等为代表;发文量呈波动性增长趋势,2016年至今是小金制剂现代研究的快速发展时期;涉及研究机构385家,以健民药业集团为代表;获得关键词504个,频次最高的为小金丸(155次);研究方向主要包括小金制剂治疗乳腺增生、甲状腺疾病等的临床疗效,以及不良反应观察、制剂工艺、合理用药及药物经济学等。结论小金制剂的相关研究正处于蓬勃发展时期,治疗甲状腺疾病是其研究热点和趋势。Objective To provide a reference for the development and research and the application of Xiaojin preparations.Methods The literature with the subject word"Xiaojin preparations"in the CNKI database from the inception to April 2021 was searched.The knowledge map of the research progress of Xiaojin preparations was drawn from the trend of literature published,the cooperation networks of author and institution,the co-occurrence,clustering and burst analysis of keyword by CiteSpace 5.0.R1 software and the map information was analyzed.Results A total of 395 literature was included,involving 667 researchers,represented by XIAO Fei and others.The number of literature published showed a fluctuating and increasing trend.From 2016 to now,it was a period of rapid development of modern research on Xiaojin preparations.A total of 385 research institutions were involved,represented by Jianmin Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd..A total of 504 keywords were obtained,and the keyword with the highest frequency was Xiaojin Pills(155 times).The research directions mainly included the clinical efficacy of Xiaojin preparations in the treatment of breast hyperplasia and thyroid diseases,as well as adverse reaction observation,preparation process,rational drug use and pharmacoeconomics.Conclusion The related research of Xiaojin preparations is in a period of vigorous development,and the treatment of thyroid diseases is its research hotspot and trend.
