百色铁路枢纽总图规划研究

摘　　要：基于百色铁路枢纽现状及目前存在的问题,依据国家中长期铁路网规划、广西壮族自治区中长期铁路网规划及百色市城市总体规划(2017—2035)等,结合枢纽运量特征,分析既有线路和客站能力,研究规划线路引入方案和枢纽内客、货运及解编系统布局方案,合理确定总图格局、线路和客站分工,从而确定枢纽总图布置方案。规划年度百色铁路枢纽形成衔接8条铁路、10个行车方向的发散型总图格局,其中客运系统形成"一主一辅"的客运站布局,百色站为主要客运站,田阳站为辅助客运站,共同办理枢纽客运作业;货运作业集中在百色东站、坡圩站、田阳站、田东站办理;技术作业维持现状在百色站办理,主要办理区段列车到发、货车解编、摘补机作业。Based on the current situation of Baise railway terminal and existing challenges, according to the national Medium-and Long-Term Railway Network Plan, the Medium-and Long-term Railway Network Plan of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the Overall Urban Plan(2017—2035) of Baise city, and in combination with the traffic volume characteristics of terminal, this paper analyzes the capacity of existing lines and passenger stations, and studies the planned line introduction scheme and the layout scheme of passenger transport, freight transport and uncoupling systems of the terminal, so as to reasonably determine the general layout, tracks and passenger station division of labor, and then determine the general layout plan of the terminal. In the planning year, Baise railway terminal will form a diverging layout connecting 8 railways in10 traffic directions, among which the passenger transport system will form the layout of“one main and one auxiliary”passenger stations. Baise Railway Station will be the main passenger station and Tianyang Railway Station will be the auxiliary passenger station to jointly handle the passenger operation of the terminal;freight operations will be concentrated at Baisedong Railway Station, Powei Railway Station, Tianyang Railway Station and Tiandong Railway Station;technical operations will maintain at Baise Railway Station, mainly handling the arrival and departure of section trains, uncoupling of freight wagons, and uncoupling and assisting operations of locomotives.
