马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗短暂性脑缺血发作伴H型高血压的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗短暂性脑缺血发作伴H型高血压患者的治疗效果。方法100例短暂性脑缺血发作伴H型高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组患者采用马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗。比较两组患者脑血管不良事件发生情况及治疗前后平均动脉压(MAP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]水平。结果观察组患者的脑血管不良事件发生率为8.0%(4/50),低于对照组的22.0%(11/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者MAP、Hcy水平均低于本组治疗前,且观察组MAP(118.03±10.24)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、Hcy(12.81±2.96)μmol/L均低于对照组的(124.96±10.35)mm Hg、(20.52±4.17)μmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者SBP、DBP水平均低于本组治疗前,且观察组患者SBP(116.84±4.24)mm Hg、DBP(79.24±3.13)mm Hg低于对照组的(125.62±5.13)、(84.25±3.62)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗短暂性脑缺血发作伴H型高血压效果显著,可有效降低MAP、Hcy及血压水平,且患者脑血管不良事件发生率得到了有效控制,具有可推广价值。Objective To study the effect of enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets in the treatment of transient ischemic attack with H-type hypertension.Methods A total of 100 patients with transient ischemic attack and H-type hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin,and patients in the observation group were treated with enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets.Both groups were compared in terms of incidence of cerebrovascular adverse events and the levels of mean arterial pressure(MAP),homocysteine(Hcy),blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)]before and after treatment.Results The incidence of cerebrovascular adverse events in the observation group was 8.0%(4/50),which was lower than 22.0%(11/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MAP and Hcy in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the MAP(118.03±10.24)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and Hcy(12.81±2.96)μmol/L in the observation group were lower than(124.96±10.35)mm Hg and(20.52±4.17)μmol/L in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SBP and DBP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the SBP(116.84±4.24)mm Hg and DBP(79.24±3.13)mm Hg in the observation group were lower than(125.62±5.13)and(84.25±3.62)mm Hg in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets has a significant effect in the treatment of transient ischemic attack with H-type hypertension,and can effectively reduce the levels of MAP,Hcy and blood pressure,and effectively control the incidence of cerebrovascular adverse events,which contains the value of promotion.
