胰岛素合剂对糖尿病切口不愈合的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病切口不愈合患者采用胰岛素合剂治疗的效果。方法62例糖尿病切口不愈合患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组31例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予胰岛素合剂治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血糖指标、胰岛素指标、不良事件发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为87.10%,高于对照组的58.06%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均低于本组治疗前,且研究组FPG(4.68±0.53)mmol/L、2 h PG(6.05±1.26)mmol/L、HbA1c(5.37±0.26)%均低于对照组的(5.37±0.26)mmol/L、(8.85±1.55)mmol/L、(6.73±0.44)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数和胰岛素敏感指数均低于治疗前,且研究组空腹胰岛素(15.35±3.27)mU/L、胰岛素抵抗指数(1.42±0.53)和胰岛素敏感指数(4.28±0.51)均低于对照组的(17.58±4.17)mU/L、(1.87±0.47)、(5.13±0.66),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良事件发生率为6.45%,低于对照组的25.81%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素合剂治疗糖尿病切口不愈合患者的效果确切,能加快切面愈合,减少不良事件的发生,值得在临床进行广泛推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of insulin mixture on non-healing diabetic incision.Methods A total of 62 patients with non-healing diabetic incisions were divided into control group and research group according to the random numerical table,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the research group received insulin mixture treatment.The therapeutic effect,blood glucose index,insulin index,and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 87.10%,which was higher than 58.06%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment in this group,and the FPG(4.68±0.53)mmol/L,2 h PG(6.05±1.26)mmol/L and HbA1c(5.37±0.26)%were lower than(5.37±0.26)mmol/L,(8.85±1.55)mmol/L and(6.73±0.44)%of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting insulin,insulin resistance index and insulin sensitivity index of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the fasting insulin(15.35±3.27)mU/L,insulin resistance index(1.42±0.53)and insulin sensitivity index(4.28±0.51)of the research group were lower than(17.58±4.17)mU/L,(1.87±0.47)and(5.13±0.66)of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the research group was 6.45%,which was lower than 25.81%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin mixture has definite effect on patients with non-healing diabetic incision,and can accelerate the incision healing,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,which is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and application.
