探究胶圈套扎术联合外痔切剥术治疗混合痔的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究对混合痔采用外痔切剥术联合胶圈套扎术治疗的临床效果。方法158例混合痔患者,依据平行信封抽签法将患者分为实验组与对照组,各79例。对照组采用内痔结扎外痔切剥术,实验组在对照组基础上采用胶圈套扎术治疗。对比两组临床疗效、临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率98.73%显著高于对照组的84.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的住院总时长(6.36±1.05)d、创面愈合时长(12.96±0.45)d及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(1.06±0.25)分,均显著优于对照组的(12.87±2.37)d、(25.19±1.63)d、(2.33±0.19)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率为3.80%低于对照组的21.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对混合痔患者采用外痔切剥术联合胶圈套扎术干预,可有效改善患者临床症状,优化患者临床指标,降低手术后并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rubber ring ligation combined with external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 158 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were divided into experimental group and control group according to the parallel envelope drawing method,with 79 cases in each group.The control group was treated with internal hemorrhoid ligation and external hemorrhoidectomy,and the experimental group was treated with rubber band ligation on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.73%,which was significantly higher than 84.81%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total hospital stay(6.36±1.05)d,the wound healing time(12.96±0.45)d and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score(1.06±0.25)points of the experimental group were significantly better than(12.87±2.37)d,(25.19±1.63)d,(2.33±0.19)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rates 3.80%in the experimental group was lower than 21.52%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External hemorrhoidectomy combined with rubber band ligation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,optimize the clinical indicators of patients,and reduce the probability of postoperative complications.
