摘　　要：目的探讨应用可视肾镜联合钬激光治疗后尿道血管瘤的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2018年8月至2021年8月河北大学附属医院泌尿外科收治的8例勃起或性生活后出现血尿或尿道口滴血的男性患者的临床资料及随访资料。所有患者均于可视肾镜下确认诊断为后尿道血管瘤,行钬激光血管瘤烧灼术,统计手术时间及术后住院时间、恢复情况、并发症发生情况。结果所有患者均手术顺利,手术时间为(24.38±3.20)min,术后住院时间为(4.75±1.67)d。术后住院期间,3例患者出现肉眼血尿,1例患者出现尿频、尿急、尿痛。随访(20.50±12.48)个月,患者临床症状消失,无复发,无射精痛、逆向射精、尿失禁及尿道狭窄等并发症发生。结论可视肾镜联合钬激光治疗后尿道血管瘤安全、有效。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of all-seeing needle combined with holmium laser in treating posterior urethral hemangioma.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 8 male patients with hematuria or urethral bleeding after erection or sexual intercourse admitted to Department of Urology of Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from August 2018 to August 2021All patients were diagnosed as posterior urethral hemangioma under all-seeing needle,and holmium laser cautery of hemangioma was performed.The surgical time,hospital stay,postoperative recovery and complications were counted.Results The operation was successful in all patients.The surgical time was(24.38±3.20)min,the hospital stay was(4.75±1.67)days.During postoperative hospitalization,there was 3 case of gross hematuria,2 case of frequent micturition,urgent micturition and dysuria.During the follow-up of(20.50±12.48)months,the clinical symptoms of patients were disappeared and no recurrence and no complications such as retrograde ejaculation,ejaculation pain,urinary incontinence,and urethral stricture were observed.Conclusions All-seeing needle combined with holmium laser is safe and effective in treating posterior urethral hemangioma.
