摘  要:目的研究妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、α-谷胱甘肽转移酶(α-GST)、胎盘生长因子(PIGF)水平与新生儿肺损伤的关系。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月在湖南省妇幼保健院就诊的72例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者作为研究组,另选取同时期在湖南省妇幼保健院产检的70例正常孕妇作为正常组。检测两组的α-HBDH、α-GST、PIGF水平,并统计新生儿肺损伤发生情况。结果与正常组比较,研究组随孕周增加α-HBDH、α-GST水平升高,PIGF水平降低(P<0.05);与轻度妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者比较,重度患者α-HBDH、α-GST水平较高,PIGF水平较低(P<0.05);α-HBDH、α-GST、PIGF水平与新生儿肺损伤程度具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论α-HBDH、α-GST、PIGF水平在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者中表达异常,α-HBDH、α-GST、PIGF水平与新生儿肺损伤程度有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels ofα-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH),α-glutathione transferase(α-GST),placental growth factor(PIGF)and neonatal lung injury in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy.Methods 72 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy admitted in Hunan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were enrolled as the study group,and 70 normal pregnant women who received delivery examination in Hunan Maternal and Child Health Hospital during the same period as the normal group.The levels ofα-HBDH,α-GST and PIGF in the two groups were detected,and the incidence of neonatal lung injury was analyzed.Results Compared with normal group,α-HBDH andα-GST levels increased and PIGF levels decreased with gestational age in the study group(P<0.05).The levels ofα-HBDH andα-GST were higher in severe patients than those in mild intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(P<0.05),while PIGF levels were lower in severe patients(P<0.05).The levels ofα-HBDH,α-GST and PIGF were correlated with the degree of neonatal lung injury(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels ofα-HBDH,α-GST and PIGF were abnormal in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy,and were related to the degree of neonatal lung injury.
