摘 要:目的分析“互联网+自我管理”互动行为教育对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)初产妇自我管理能力、血糖控制、体质量、生活质量及母婴结局的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2021年6月本院产科门诊经糖尿病初筛诊断为GDM的初产妇68例作为研究对象,随机分为两组(每组34例)。对照组34例采取健康宣教、定期电话随访等常规护理模式,观察组34例采取借助“互联网+”微信平台进行围产期自我管理互动行为教育干预。对比两组母婴结局,待产入院时的糖尿病自我管理能力(DCP)、血糖控制(FBG、2hPG)及生活质量(DSQL),以及产褥期血糖水平和身体质量指数(IBM)改善情况。结果两组待产入院时DCP、FBG、2hPG、IBM及DSQL比较,差异显著(均P<0.001);分娩后42d的两组血糖水平及IBM差异也具统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组母婴结局明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病初产妇运用“互联网+自我管理”互动行为教育干预,可有助于提高产妇自我管理能力,理想控制血糖水平,有效改善产妇身体质量及母婴结局,提升产妇生活质量。Objective:To analyze the influence of"Internet+self-management"interactive behavior education on the self-management ability,blood sugar control,body quality,quality of life,and maternal and infant outcomes of gestational diabetes(GDM)primiparas.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2021,68 primiparas diagnosed with GDM in the obstetrics clinic of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups(n=34).The 34 cases in the control group adopted conventional care modes such as health education and regular telephone follow-up,and the 34 cases in the observation group adopted the“Internet+”WeChat platform for perinatal self-management interactive behavior education intervention.The maternal and infant outcomes,the diabetes self-management ability(DCP),blood glucose control(FBG,2hPG)and quality of life(DSQL)at the time of admission to the hospital,as well as the improvement of blood glucose levels and body mass index(IBM)during the puerperium were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparison of DCP,FBG,2hPG,IBM and DSQL between the two groups at the time of admission to the hospital showed significant differences(all P<0.001);the difference in blood glucose levels and IBM between the two groups at 42 days after delivery was also statistically significant(all P<0.05);the maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of"Internet+self-management"interactive behavioral education intervention for gestational diabetic primiparas can help improve maternal self-management ability,ideally control blood sugar levels,effectively improve maternal body quality and maternal and infant outcomes,and enhance maternal quality of life.
