慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者行布地奈德联合特布他林压缩雾化吸入治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者行布地奈德联合特布他林压缩雾化吸入治疗的疗效观察。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月于本院接受治疗的100例女性AECOPD患者作为研究病例,参考随机动态数字表分别以对照组与研究组进行病例归纳,每组各包含50例患者;对照组疗法为布地奈德雾化吸入方案,研究组为布地奈德与特布他林雾化吸入方案,比对分析两组患者治疗前后的血气指标、肺功能指标以及治疗后的生活质量评分、6min步行距离。结果治疗前两组患者的血气指标、肺功能指标均不存在明显差异(P>0.05),经治疗研究组患者的PaO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组,且在FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC方面的数据均高于对照组,组间可见统计学性差异(P<0.05);此外,经治疗观察组的SGRQ评分低于对照组,6min步行距离长于对照组,组间可见统计学性差异(P<0.05)。结论AECOPD患者联合应用布地奈德与特布他林雾化吸入疗法可以有效纠正其血气指标与肺功能,对预后有较好的意义。Objective:To observe the curative effect of budesonide combined with terbutaline compressed aerosol inhalation treatment in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Method:Select 100 female AECOPD patients who were treated at our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 as the study cases.The cases were summarized in the control group and the study group with reference to the random dynamic number table,with 50 patients in each group.The treatment of the control group was budesonide atomization inhalation scheme,and the study group was budesonide and terbutaline atomization inhalation scheme.The blood gas indexes,lung function indexes,quality of life score and 6-min walking distance of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood gas indexes and lung function indexes between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,PaO_(2) of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and PaCO_(2) was lower than that of the control group,and the data of FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC were higher than that of the control group,and statistical differences can be seen between the groups(P<0.05);in addition,the SGRQ score of the treated observation group is lower than that of the control group,and the 6-min walking distance is longer than the control group,and statistics can be seen between the groups Sexual difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of budesonide and terbutaline nebulized inhalation therapy in patients with AECOPD can effectively correct their blood gas indicators and lung function,and has good prognosis.
