摘　　要：通过对首钢球团1#、2#耐热风机前置旋风除尘器进行增加旋风子组件改造、灰斗改型等一系列措施,新型多管除尘器更加适应双侧除尘能力由400000 m^(3)/h增加为440000 m^(3)/h的变化,除尘效率由84.2%提高为95.38%,解决了后段工序中叶轮、机壳以及焊缝处的磨损现象,同时通过现场数据比对,焙烧系统风热控制区间增大,对焙烧系统风热场的稳定有至关重要的作用。Through a series of measures such as adding cyclone sub-components and ash hopper modification to front cyclone dust collectors of 1#and 2#heat-resistant fan for Shougang pellet plant,the new-type multi-tube dust collector is more suitable for the change of bilateral dedusting capacity from 400000m^(3)/h to 440000m^(3)/h,and the dedusting efficiency is increased by 95.38%,which fundamentally solves the wear phenomenon of the impeller,casing and welding seam in the latter process.At the same time,through the comparison of on-site data,the air-heat control interval of the roasting system is increased,which plays a crucial role to the stability of the air-heat field of the roasting system.
