摘　　要：对于建设单位而言,项目立项备案投资额和工程概算是投资控制的红线,一份合规且精细的项目工程概算,对项目工程进度控制和降低投资具有非常重要的意义。以冀东地区某非煤矿山工程为例,创新采用类似已完工程的工程结算审核数据为依据,采用类似工程预算法编制《黑色冶金选矿厂建安工程概算指标》(试用),为国内非煤矿山选厂建设提供主要经济概算指标参考。For the construction unit,the investment amount for project registration and project budget is the red line of investment control.A compliant and detailed project budget is of great significance to project progress control and investment reduction.This article takes a non-coal mine project in eastern Hebei as an example,innovatively adopts the project settlement audit data of similar completed projects as the basis,and uses similar project budgeting methods to compile Estimation Indicators for the Construction and Installation Project of Ferrous Metallurgical Concentrators(trial),and provides main economic budget index reference for the construction of domestic non-coal mine concentrator.
