摘 要:基于有限元软件ABAQUS二次开发,运用热力耦合的方法,模拟了大直径GH4145棒材的连续驱动摩擦焊过程,研究了工艺参数对摩擦焊接过程温度场与轴向缩短量等的影响规律.结果显示,摩擦压力和摩擦时间对焊接面温度场和轴向缩短量的影响较大.运用正交设计的方法,确定了最优工艺参数.最优工艺参数为摩擦压力75MPa,摩擦时间170s,转速20rad/s.Based on the secondary development of the finite element software ABAQUS,the continuous drive friction welding process of large diameter GH4145 bars was simulated by the thermal-mechanical coupling method,and the influences of process parameters on temperature field and axial shortening were studied.The results show that friction pressure and friction time have greater influences on welding surface temperature field of and axial shortening.By employing the method of orthogonal design,the optimal process parameters were determined as 75MPa for friction pressure,170s for friction time,and 20 rad/s for speed.
