摘 要:由于循环流化床锅炉燃煤电厂逐渐成为调峰机组,长期运行在低负荷工况下效率低下,造成资源浪费和经济损失.因此,提出等离子气化煤制甲醇与循环流化床锅炉燃煤电厂多联产系统策略.首先利用Aspen Plus软件建立等离子气化煤系统、制甲醇系统、精馏系统、循环流化床机组热力系统.耦合四个子系统建立多联产系统,并对各子系统和联产系统进行优化分析.其次在动力系统满负荷运行工况下,研究并优化不同化工系统负荷下的联产系统效率.结果表明:最佳的水蒸汽供给量为3000kg/h,最佳反应器压力为6MPa,加压塔最佳馏出进料比为0.59.经优化后,联产系统给煤量减少50.5t/h,联产系统发电量增加12.498MW,等离子反应器的整体能耗降低了5.327MW.动力系统实现了长期高负荷、高效运行,并提高了等离子煤气化制甲醇系统和联产系统整体的经济性.As the circulating fluidized bed boiler coal-fired power plant has gradually become a peak load unit,whose long-term operation under low-load conditions has low efficiency and often results in waste of resources and economic losses,a poly-generation system is proposed for plasma gasification of coal into methanol and coal-fired power generation with the circulating fluidized bed boiler.First,the software Aspen Plus is used to establish a plasma coal gasification system,a methanol production system,a rectification system,and a circulating fluidized bed unit thermal system.The four subsystems are coupled to establish a poly-generation system,and each subsystem and co-production system are optimized and analyzed.Secondly,under the full-load operating conditions of the power system,the efficiency of the co-production system under different chemical system loads is studied and optimized.The results show that the best steam supply is 3000kg/h,the best reactor pressure is 6 MPa,and the best distillation feed ratio of the pressurized column is 0.59.After optimization,the coal supply of the co-production system is reduced by 50.5t/h,the power generation of the co-production system is increased by 12.498MW,and the overall energy consumption of the plasma reactor is reduced by 5.327MW.The power system achieves long-term high-load and high-efficiency operation,and the overall economy of the plasma coal gasification methanol system and the co-production system are improved.
