摘　　要：市场监管行政执法案件管理代码的规范化是实施智慧行政执法的关键和基础。论文对案件编码、立案对象、违法行为、违法涉及的产品的编码规则做一探索。对案件编码启用“一案一码”,设计确定满足市场智慧监管需求的“一案一码”编码结构;并设计确定立案对象、违法行为的编码结构。The standardization of code for the case management of administrative law enforcement in market regulation is the key and the basis of implementing intelligent administrative law enforcement.In this paper,the code rules of code for the case,register objects,illegal activities,illegal products involved are explored.Cases are coded using“the unique code for a case”the coding structure of“the unique code for a case”is designed to meet the market intelligence regulation,and the coding structure of register objects,illegal activities is designed.
