摘  要:以波纹管结构的金属气囊(304不锈钢)为研究对象,模拟了内燃式气囊充气膨胀和弹丸运动的过程。根据波纹管充分膨胀过程中流体-结构的作用特性,建立了粘性可压缩流动与结构大变形相互作用的三维流固耦合模型,并对其膨胀过程开展数值仿真分析,掌握了囊内流场特性、囊壁的应力响应以及子母弹的抛撒特性。数值仿真获得的子弹最大抛速与实验结果相一致,表明模型能够较为全面合理地描述波纹式金属气囊膨胀抛弹的过程。Metal gasbags(304 stainless steel)of corrugated pipe structure was studied and the process of the internal combustion gasbag inflation and projectile motion was simulated.According to the fluid-structure interaction characteristics in the full expansion of corrugated pipe,a three-dimensional fluid-structure coupling model of the interaction between the viscous compressible flow and the large deformation of the corrugated pipe was established.And through the analysis on the dynamic characteristics of the coupling model,the characteristics of the flow field inside the gasbag and the stress response of the gasbag wall were obtained,and the dispersion characteristics of submunition was analyzed.The maximum projectile velocity obtained by the numerical simulation is in good agreement with the experimental result,which indicates that the model can reasonably describe the process of dispersing submunition of corrugated metal gasbag.
