摘  要:为了研究扭杆等弹性元件对折叠翼运动性能的影响,基于典型折叠翼结构,通过数学模型和仿真模型分析了不同扭杆扭转刚度系数、剩余扭转角以及弹簧刚度系数下折叠翼的运动特性,得到了不同参数下的折叠翼展开时间、展开角度与角速度随时间的变化规律。结果表明:扭杆参数是决定其运动特性的主要参数,扭转刚度系数越大,展开时间越短,展开到位角速度越大;扭转刚度系数较大时,增大扭转刚度系数不会有效缩短展开时间,但会明显增加到位角速度响应;增加扭杆剩余反向扭转角和弹簧刚度系数,可有效降低锁定瞬间的角速度响应,但其进一步增加会使得折叠翼不能顺利展开与锁紧;合理设计相关参数能有效缩短折叠翼展开时间,降低到位角速度响应。In order to study the influence of elastic elements on the kinematic performance of a folded wing,based on a typical folded wing structure,the kinematic characteristics of the folded wing under different torsion bar stiffness coefficients,residual torsion angles and spring stiffness coefficients were analyzed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,and then the variation laws of folded wing deployment time,deployment angle and angular velocity with time under different parameters were obtained.The results show that the torsion bar parameters are the main parameters determining the kinematic characteristics of the folded wing.The larger the torsional stiffness coefficient,the shorter the deployable time,and the greater the deployment angular velocity.When the torsional stiffness coefficient is larger,increasing the torsional stiffness coefficient will not effectively shorten the deployable time,but will significantly increase the deployable angular velocity.Increasing the residual reverse torsion angle of the torsion bar and the spring stiffness coefficient can effectively decrease the deployable angular velocity,but its continuous increase will make the folded wing unable to deploy and lock.Optimal design of relevant parameters can effectively shorten the folded wing deployable time and decrease its deployable angular velocity.
