摘 要:以装载投送能力、掩护突防能力、航空保障能力和舰载机维修保障能力为核心,构建了两栖攻击舰舰载直升机作战与保障能力评估指标体系。针对各作战与保障二级能力的特点,提出了结合指数法、解析法、仿真评估法的综合能力评估方法。其中针对航空保障存在的多因素耦合、多约束情况,设计了一类基于解析法的评估模型。最后通过实例对三类两栖攻击舰平台所拥有的舰载直升机作战与保障能力进行评估对比分析,验证模型合理。该方法提升了评估的客观性,为后续两栖攻击舰舰载直升机能力评估问题的解决提供了参考。The paper based on the load deliver ability,cover penetration capability aviation security ability and aircraft maintenance support capability as the core,constructed the amphibious assault ship helicopter combat and support capability evaluation index system,according to the characteristics of the various combat and support second level abilities,A comprehensive capability evaluation method combining index method,analytical method and simulation evaluation method was proposed.Aiming at the multi-factor coupling and multi-constraint situation of aviation support,a kind of evaluation model based on analytical method was designed.Finally,the operational and support capabilities of the three types of amphibious assault ship platforms were compared to verify the rationality of the model.This method improves the objectivity of the evaluation and provides a reference for the solution of the capability evaluation of amphibious assault ship and shipborne helicopter.
