摘  要:为了减少环境对探测精度和灵敏度影响,同时满足探测隐蔽性和轻量化的要求,提出引入电涡流传感器作为复合探测方法,利用其高精度和高灵敏度的特点,实现对金属移动目标的精确检测。该方法基于传统电涡流模型,研究设计符合金属移动目标探测要求的电涡流模型,在模型仿真的基础上,通过优化的检测电路和线圈参数模型,增大电涡流传感器探测距离,并进行移动目标模拟实验。实验表明经过优化的电涡流探测模型,在同等功率的情况下性能显著提升,满足对金属移动目标的探测距离要求,可为移动目标复合探测提供探索。Eddy current sensor was used as one of the composite detection methods to reduce the influence of environment on detection accuracy and sensitivity,and meet the requirements of detection concealment and lightweight,which uses its high precision and high sensitivity to realize the accurate detection of metal moving target.Based on the traditional eddy current model,the eddy current model which meets the requirements of metal moving target detection was researched and designed.On the basis of model simulation,the detection distance of eddy current sensor was increased by optimizing the detection circuit and coil parameter model,and the moving target simulation experiment was carried out.The experimental results show the performance of the optimized eddy current detection model was significantly improved at the same power,which can meet the detection distance requirements of metal moving targets,and provide a new method for composite detection of moving targets.
