摘 要:为了进一步加强煤矿堵水注浆效果,粘土作为一种重要的材料得到广泛应用。粘土材料在煤矿上一般用来防灭火和作为一种堵水材料,用水将其湿润后具有很强的可塑性,在较小压力下可以变形并能长久保持原状。作为注浆材料时,粘土粒度是裂隙宽度的1/4以下时注浆材料才能被顺利挤入、直至填满裂隙,加压到足够大(3倍以上),在高压状态下脱水后可以和周围的材料胶结到一起,在注浆应用实践中大大增加了注浆量,另外粘土浆液具有很强的携带能力和劈裂效果,无论在动水注浆还是微裂隙注浆实践中都起到很好的堵水作用。In order to further strengthen the effect of grouting water plugging in coal mines,clay was widely used as an important material.Clay material was generally used for fire prevention and water plugging in coal mines.It had strong plasticity after wetting by water,and could be deformed and maintained for a long time under small pressure.As a grouting material,when the clay particle size was less than 1/4 of the fracture width,the grouting material could be smoothly squeezed into the fracture until it was filled.And when the pressure was large enough(more than 3 times),it could be cemented with the surrounding materials after dehydration under high pressure,which greatly increased the amount of grouting in the grouting application practice.In addition,the clay slurry had a strong carrying capacity and splitting effect,which played a very good role in water plugging both in dynamic water grouting and micro-fracture grouting practice.
