摘  要:中煤塔山矿为近距离煤层群放顶煤开采,存在采空区漏风、煤自燃有害气体涌出问题,为加强煤层自然发火预测预报、防止采空区煤自然发火,对3-5煤自燃氧化过程生气规律进行了实验研究。研究表明,CO、CO_(2)生气量随煤样温度升高呈指数型增加,CO产生的临界温度为49℃,缓慢氧化阶段,煤温<159℃;加速氧化阶段,煤温159~231℃;激烈氧化阶段,煤温>231℃;随煤温升高,各烃类气体生成量随C原子数增多而减少,且烷烃类气体生成量>烯烃类>炔烃类;相同温度条件,各主要气体产物生气量随供氧量降低而减少。Tashan Mine of China Coal is a top coal caving mining in close distance coal seam group.There are problems of air leakage in goaf and harmful gas emission from coal spontaneous combustion.In order to strengthen the prediction and prediction of coal spontaneous combustion and prevent coal spontaneous combustion in goaf,the gas generation law of 3-5 coal spontaneous combustion and oxidation process was studied experimentally.The research shows that the gas production of CO and CO_(2) increases exponentially with the increase of coal sample temperature,and the critical temperature of CO production is 49℃.In the slow oxidation stage,the coal temperature is 231℃.With the increase of coal temperature,the gas production of each hydrocarbon decreases with the increase of C atom number,and the gas production of alkanes>olefins>alkynes;at the same temperature,the gas production of each main gas product decreases with the decrease of oxygen supply.
