摘  要:为了克服矿用PVC、PE等塑料瓦斯管的缺点,研究了复合抗静电剂及特导电炭黑对氯化聚乙烯复合材料瓦斯管的抗静电性和力学性能的影响,加入复合抗静电剂和特导电炭黑后,明显改善了氯化聚乙烯复合材料的抗静电性。通过共混挤出造粒,得到CPE复合材料的表面电阻可达2.4×10^(3)Ω,满足MT558.1-2005的标准规定的抽放瓦斯管材料表面电阻的要求,结果表明,特导电炭黑的用量以8份左右为宜。In order to overcome the shortcomings of PVC,PE and other plastic gas pipes for mining,the effects of composite antistatic agent and special conductive carbon black on the antistatic and mechanical properties of chlorinated polyethylene composite gas pipes were studied.After adding composite antistatic agent and special conductive carbon black,the antistatic properties of chlorinated polyethylene composite materials were significantly improved.The surface resistance of CPE composites can reach 2.4×10^(3)Ωby blending extrusion granulation,which meets the requirements of the surface resistance of the exhaust gas pipe material specified in the standard of MT558.1-2005.The results show that the amount of extra conductive carbon black is about 8 phr.
