摘 要:采用中红外(MIR)光谱,开展了医用胶带胶粘剂的分子结构研究。实验发现:胶粘剂的红外吸收模式主要包括ν_(asCH3-胶黏剂)、ν_(asCH2-胶黏剂)、ν_(sCH3-胶黏剂)、ν_(sCH2-胶黏剂)、ν_(C=O-胶粘剂)、δ_(CH2-胶黏剂)、δ_(asCH3-胶黏剂)、δ_(sCH3-胶黏剂)、ν_(asC-O-C-胶粘剂)和ν_(sC-O-C-胶粘剂);胶粘剂去卷积MIR光谱质量要优于相应的一维MIR光谱、二阶导数MIR光谱及四阶导数MIR光谱;胶粘剂的主要化学结构为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。本项研究拓展了MIR光谱在重要的医用器材(医用胶带)结构研究的应用范围。The molecular structure of medical tape adhesive was studied by mid infrared(MIR)spectrum.It is found that infrared absorption mode of adhesive mainly includesν_(asCH3-adhesive),ν_(asCH2-adhesive),ν_(sCH3-adhesive),ν_(sCH2-adhesive),ν_(C=O-adhesive),δ_(CH2-adhesive),δ_(asCH3-adhesive),δ_(sCH3-adhesive),ν_(asC-O-C-adhesive)andν_(sC-O-C-adhesive);The quality of deconvolution MIR spectrum of adhesive were better than the corresponding one-dimensional MIR spectrum,the second derivative MIR spectrum and the fourth derivative MIR spectrum;the main chemical structure of the adhesive was polymethyl methacrylate.The main chemical structure of adhesive was the polymethylmethacrylate.This study expands the application range of MIR spectrum in the structural research of important medical equipment(medical tape).
