摘  要:某公司甲醇分厂基于提高水资源的利用率,减少对一次水的需求,减少排污的目的,在污水厂建成一套中水回用装置。为避免反渗透膜的污堵,增加了前置预处理系统。采用“预处理+超滤+反渗透”的组合工艺,对生化处理后的水再进行深度处理,解决了公司污水排放量大的问题,达到了节约用水的目的,可减少外排约250 m^(3)/h。出水水质满足了循环水补充水的指标要求,可节约一次用水约250 m^(3)/h。Based on the purpose of improving the utilization rate of water resources,reducing the demand for primary water and reducing sewage discharge,the methanol branch of a company has built a set of reclaimed water reuse device in the sewage plant.In order to avoid fouling of reverse osmosis membrane,a pre-treatment system was added.The combined process of"pretreatment+ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis"was adopted to further treat the water after biochemical treatment,which solves the problem of large sewage discharge of the company,achives the purpose of saving water,and can reduce the external discharge of about 250 m^(3)/h.The effluent quality meets the index requirements of circulating water make-up water,and the primary water consumption can be saved about 250 m^(3)/h.
