摘 要:在天然气开发过程中,多层合采气井的产量劈分一直是制约产能评价与动态分析的难题。目前已有的劈分方法考虑因素多、误差大,且劈分结果固定,无法描述气井生产过程中小层产量贡献率变化特征,导致小层储量动用情况不清,无法适时制定多层合采气藏高效开发调整对策。结合气井产能方程以及定容气驱气藏物质平衡方程,利用测井解释静态参数计算分层产能系数及控制储量初值,通过迭代拟合多层合采井井口产量与产气剖面测试单层产量贡献率,求取小层动态产能指数以及动态控制储量,在此基础上预测气井实时动态分层产量贡献。研究结果表明:①计算方法与实际测试结果吻合程度较高;②该方法实现了合采井分层产量贡献及其变化规律评价;③动、静态分层产能指数及控制储量倍比关系可应用于地质特征相近但无产气剖面测试邻区,具有较强的推广意义。In the process of natural-gas development,the production splitting has always been a difficult problem restricting productivity evaluation and dynamic analysis on multilayer commingled wells.At present,some existing production-splitting methods take multiple factors into consideration,and the obtained results are fixed with large error.It is impossible to figure out the contribution change from different layers,make clear the producing degree of reserves,and make adjustment countermeasures against an effective development of multilayer commingled gas reservoirs.So,a new productions-splitting method was developed.Both productivity coefficient and initial reserve value in separated layers were firstly calculated by not only static parameters from logging interpretation but also deliverability equation and material-balance equation for constant-volume gas-driving reservoirs.And then,through iterative fitting the contribution rate of both wellhead production with single-layer production tested by gas-producing profile,the dynamic productivity index and the dynamic reserves in each layer were obtained.Finally,the real-time dynamic production contribution in these layers was predicted.Results show that(1)the predicted production is consistent with the measured one;(2)the production-splitting method can effectively evaluate the separated production contribution and its change for multilayer commingled wells;and(3)the dynamic and static separated productivity indices and the controlled reserve ratio can be applied to adjoining area with similar geological condition but without gas-producing profile,which is worth being promoted.
