摘 要:随着油田开发后期,建立的诸多的增产试验区块也逐步结束,由于开采层系单一,层系调整也随之开展。需对原有层系进行封堵改造,因试验区块结束后井况复杂,无隔层或隔层薄,原有封堵工艺满足不了层系封堵或调整的要求,套管内壁结垢严重,常规堵水工具卡封困难,影响开发效果,为此,进行开展了无隔层精准机堵的工艺研究。通过应用长胶筒精准验窜技术,实现了无隔层或薄隔层精准验窜,实现对薄隔层精准封堵,卡的牢、封的严;研制超长胶筒封隔器和卡瓦丢手工具,该技术在现场应用41口井,工艺一次成功率高达100%,开发效果及经济效益显著,为试验区块改造再利用提供有力的技术支持。with the late stage of oilfield development,many stimulation test blocks established have gradually ended.Due to the single production layer series,layer series adjustment has also been carried out.The original formation system needs to be plugged and reformed.Due to the complex well conditions after the completion of the test block,there is no barrier or the barrier is thin,the original plugging process cannot meet the requirements of layer system plugging or adjustment,the scaling on the inner wall of the casing is serious,and the conventional water plugging tools are difficult to block,which affects the development effect.Therefore,the process research on accurate mechanical plugging without barrier is carried out.Through the application of the long rubber cylinder accurate channeling inspection technology,the accurate channeling inspection without compartment or thin compartment is realized,the thin compartment is accurately blocked,and the card is firm and tightly sealed;Through the development of ultra long rubber cylinder packer and slip release tool,the thin compartment can be accurately blocked,and the clamping is firm and tight.The technology has been applied in 41 wells,and the one-time success rate of the process is as high as 100%.The development effect and economic benefit are remarkable,which provides strong technical support for the reconstruction and reuse of the test block.
