摘 要:以2个棉花优质种质材料为父本与8个高产棉花品种(系)组配杂交组合,对棉花纤维品质性状进行当代杂种优势分析。结果表明,棉花纤维品质性状中纤维长度、纤维比强度和马克隆值有较明显的当代杂种优势;当代杂交种与亲本的相关分析表明,母本与当代杂交种在纤维长度、纤维比强度和马克隆值性状上存在极显著的正相关关系,亲本均值与当代杂交种在纤维比强度性状上存在显著的正相关关系。本研究基于棉花纤维品质性状的当代杂种优势和中亲优势鉴定得到2个强优势杂交组合,为进一步培育优质高产棉花品种奠定基础。Two high-quality cotton germplasm materials were used as male parents to cross with eight high-yield cotton varieties(lines).The results showed that there were obvious contemporary heterosis in fiber length,fiber strength and micronaire value of cotton fiber quality traits.Correlation analysis between contemporary hybrids and their parents showed that there was a very significant positive correlation between female parent and contemporary hybrids in fiber length,fiber strength and micronaire value,while there was a significant positive correlation between parent mean and contemporary hybrids in fiber strength.In this study,two strong heterosis hybrid combinations were obtained based on the identification of contemporary heterosis and mid-parent heterosis of cotton fiber quality traits,which laid a foundation for further cultivating high-quality and high-yield cotton varieties.
