摘 要:以北乌头种子为材料,测定其萌发过程不同阶段贮藏物质及相应酶活性的动态变化,为北乌头种子休眠解除提供生理学基础。结果表明,种子在休眠及解除休眠过程中,可溶性糖含量先上升后减少;淀粉、粗脂肪和可溶性蛋白含量一直减少。三种抗氧化酶活性在露白阶段均升高,淀粉酶、蛋白酶和酸性磷酸酶活性持续增加。The seeds of Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb.were used as materials to determine the dynamic changes of storage materials and corresponding enzyme activities at different stages of the germination process,which provided a physiological basis for the release of dormancy of Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb.seeds.The results showed that during the process of seed dormancy and release of dormancy,the content of soluble sugar increased first and then decreased.The content of starch,crude fat and soluble protein kept decreasing.The activities of the three antioxidant enzymes all increased during the exposure stage,and the continuous increase in the activities of amylase,protease and acid phosphatase was consistent with the changes in nutrients.
